MEETINGS

We want this time to be a process of celebration and joy! Want to meet for coffee and talk wedding in a relaxing style? Sign us up! Or you'd rather plan this fete while enjoying a fancy cocktail? Of course! We want to get to know you better so just tell us your favorite little spot! Meetings can also be held at one of Union Event Co's office studios for a place to spread out the details and get to work.

All meetings must be scheduled at least 72 hours in advance to the requested time and no meetings are held Friday - Sunday. 24 hour notice is required if you need to cancel a scheduled meeting. Need to schedule a meeting? Click here.


COMMUNICATION

In order to keep every detail organized and to help you stay on track we have partnered with a private client management system, Aisle Planner, that includes a thorough online planning checklist, a place for continual communication, space for uploading all event contracts and more. We will email you a detailed description of how to use the program and your personal login information. Already signed up? Log in here.


PAYMENTS

Your payment is outlined in your signed client agreement. We will send a formal reminder, via email, 10 days before each payment is due. This invoice will serve as your receipt. Please make checks payable to Union Event Co. Want to take another look at your agreement? View it here.
