BRIDE AND BRIDESMAID FASHION
If your dress is jet-setting across country, contact one of the bridal boutiques in Portland and set up an appointment to have it steamed. Snag a nicer hanger from the coat closet before leaving for the venue, it’ll make a difference in the images of your dress! If you're in the market for a keepsake, check out our favorites from BHLD here.

Having a childcare provider at your wedding isn't a necessity. But it is a thoughtful gesture for those sharing in your day that might not have been able to attend otherwise.
It's a moving picture - see and hear your grandfather’s joy as you invite him onto the dance floor for a special dance alone with you. Watch your young cousin walk down the aisle as your flower girl again and again when she leaves for college. Capture your family and friends just as they are now for you to save forever.
Serenade your guests with a live acoustic band during cocktail hour prior to turning up the dance floor with one of our favorite DJs.

GROOM AND GROOMS ATTIRE
Make sure your suit makes the trip (and safely). If your suit needs to be steamed after jet-setting across country, contact Charlotte's Weddings in Portland and set up an appointment at least five days prior to your wedding day.

The easiest way to get your marriage certificate is to visit the county records office or courthouse and make the request in person. In Oregon and Washington, you need to secure your marriage license at least 72 hours before your wedding, so don't wait until the day before. Don't apply too far in advance though; a marriage license has an expiration date of 60 days.
