Cooper Spur Mountain Resort

Mt Hood Organic Farms

This stunning secluded farm is the perfect place for an intimate or grand wedding day! This venue has gorgeous mountain views of Mt. Hood, Adams, and Rainier. Not only does Mt. Hood Organic Farms have breathtaking views, but they also have some delicious farm-to-table prepared dinners.

Mt. View Orchards

This orchard is a dreamy venue with endless rows of apple and pear trees and flower fields. One of our favorite outdoor Hood River wedding venues— Outdoor spaces don’t get better than this! Mt. View Orchards is surrounded by Mt. Hood and the Hood River Valley, allowing a ton of space for some iconic bridal photos. When you’re here you feel as though you’re secluded from the busy life around you and can really soak in every detail of your wedding day.

What we love about it:

Mt. View Orchards offers SO many amenities. They have a green meadow perfect for cocktail hour and they even offer lawn games that you can add to your package! They also provide a twinkle-light lined dancefloor, catering kitchen, a few arches, and more. Take a look at what they have to offer and we’re sure you’ll be impressed.

Skamania Lodge

About Skamania Lodge:

Wow, where do we begin with this venue? Skamania Lodge is absolutely incredible year-round with unreal views of Columbia River Gorge. This space is just 45 minutes from Portland and is the ultimate getaway — they were even awarded the Best Outdoor Venue in Portland in 2020!

What we love about it:

This venue is perfect for small or large parties. They even offer guest rooms and endless amenities to bring you and your guests the most memorable wedding weekend experience. Skamania Lodge has nailed down its list of preferred vendors and we’ll be the first to say, it’s a fantastic list of amazing wedding professionals!

The Griffin House

About The Griffin House:

We’ve absolutely fallen in love with The Griffin House. It’s one of our favorite wedding venues in Columbia River Gorge! This location can host up to 175 guests and has many different spaces for you to use during your wedding day. Your guests will gather out on the welcome terrace before heading off to the ceremony lawn. Every inch of this venue offers tremendous mountain and river views that you really can’t get anywhere else. Choose from an intimate dinner on the East Lawn or grand reception at their reception lawn and tent; you and your guests will have the best time exploring all the beauty this venue has to offer! 

What we love about it:

The Griffin House offers all-day access for you and your vendors to set up for the big event. They even offer the option to reserve the venue for the entire weekend, what an amazing perk! They also have an a la carte vendor policy, allowing you to bring in whoever you’d like to make your wedding vision come to life. This space even offers in-house rentals: farm chairs, a dancefloor, arbors, and more can be added to your package!

The Ruins

About The Ruins:

This wedding venue is located in downtown Hood River, and is in such an epic location within walking distance of some amazing nightlife! The Ruins has indoor and outdoor spaces and was voted one of the best urban spaces outside of Portland to get married at.

What we love about it:

The Ruins provides an incredible staff who will run and operate your bar — they offer locally sourced beverages for you and your guests to choose from. Even though they don’t offer catering they have a great list of local caterers! Our favorite part of this space is how conveniently located it is, many of your guests will love the fact that they can take a quick walk to restaurants, hotels, and more after your wedding is over.

The Orchard

About The Orchard:

Would you believe that The Orchard is just five minutes from downtown Hood River? It’s true! This venue is a true experience and is secluded in the Hood River Valley. The Orchard offers luxurious furniture, bathrooms, a bar, dressing spaces, and more! It’s a beautiful space that also offers some amazing amenities. 

What we love about it:

One of our favorite details about The Orchard is that they exclusively work with Celilo catering. Similar to other venues in the area, Celilo catering is a farm-to-table experience making weddings at The Orchard a memorable experience for everyone in attendance. Also, the view The Orchard has of Mt. Adams is unreal! Ceremonies take place out on their lawn surrounded by beautiful seasonal flowers and of course the dreamy mountain range.

Tin Roof Barn

About Tin Roof Barn:

Tin Roof Barn is an award-winning venue set among rolling hills featuring apple orchards, views of the Columbia River Gorge, and it’s over 100 years old! This venue not only has a beautiful history but an incredible reputation. 

What we love about it:

Tin Roof Barn is one of our absolute favorite White Salmon wedding venues, and one where we’ve spent a lot of time! They do require you to use vendors on their preferred vendor list but trust us, it’s a trustworthy list that has been curated to perfection. Tin Roof Barn is such a special venue and includes so many amazing amenities and rental options. From beautiful reception spaces, chairs and tables, additional decor, and a lit parking lot, this space is the dream location for couples who want a venue that has everything they need in one spot.

Wind Mountain Ranch

About Wind Mountain Ranch:

Wind Mountain Ranch is located among beautiful views of the Columbia River Gorge. The picturesque views make this the perfect place for a wedding! The venue is fully outdoors, allowing you to soak in the stunning beauty of the Gorge. 

What we love about it:

One of our favorite details about this venue is that they offer different packages, allowing you to customize your experience based on your budget. All package options include restrooms, parking, tents, chairs, and a dance floor, but many other packages are available with different amenities depending on which one you choose! This ranch has on-site cabins so you and your guests can stay on-site for the duration of your event. It’s a dream getaway for any couple wanting to experience the Columbia River Gorge in its glory.

Historic Balch Hotel

They have elopement packages, a classic package, and a third classic package that allows access to the whole property for two full days! We’re obsessed with the fact that you have the option to rent out the entire hotel for your event and guests.

Bridal Veil Lakes

About Bridal Veil Lakes:

Bridal Veil Lakes is about 30 minutes from Portland, but it is absolutely worth the trip. This stunning venue offers endless opportunities for gorgeous bridal photos and an amazing wedding day. Bridal Veil Lakes has a 3-acre spring lake surrounded in lush greenery and towering trees. The property is also decorated naturally by delicate wildflowers and stunning views.

What we love about it:

This venue has a lot to offer but they allow you to bring in many of your own vendors, including catering! Bridal Veil Lakes has a long list of incredible vendors that they recommend making your planning process even easier. Want to know our favorite part of the venue? If you’re renting it out it is YOURS for the day. Bridal Veil Lakes only allows one client’s event to happen on property each day so be sure to jump on your desired date before it goes!

Cape Horn Estates

About Cape Horn Estates:

We absolutely adore Cape Horn Estates and the incredible amenities they have to offer. Located in Skamania, this venue has just about everything you need for your perfect wedding day! In total they can host up to 300 guests on their property, but even if you land closer to 150 guests Cape Horn Estates has the space for you. This stunning venue offers acres of scenic views and memorable moments for you and your guests to enjoy. We also are in love with the fact that they offer Micro Wedding packages for groups ranging from 30-75 guests!

What we love about it:

Cape Horn Estates wants to make your wedding day unforgettable and they offer a few incredible packages that you can add onto your booking if you’re looking for convenient ways to elevate your wedding day. From a dining package with the basics you need for a classy dinner to a premium bar package, Cape Horn Estates knows how to throw a party! Oh, and did we mention, this place is absolutely beautiful!

Maryhill Museum

About The Maryhill Museum

Rounding out our list we have the Maryhill Museum. It’s one of the most unique spaces we’ve seen, located east of Portland, Oregon. This venue is truly unlike anything else on our list and we are seriously dreaming of the events that can happen here! This museum has event rental options that offer views of the Columbia River Gorge. They can seat up to 75 guests making it a dream space for intimate weddings. 

What we love about it:

We love all the amazing options that Columbia River Gorge has to offer, but the Maryhill Museum is the perfect spot for couples looking to host a unique wedding in a non-traditional space. Its location is a bit far from Portland but that shouldn’t stop you from considering this beauty! The museum has so much to offer.
